Terms and Conditions

When you sign up for an account all details collected are kept private and confidential. Your contact details will only ever be used in order to ship orders, and if necessary, to contact you regarding any orders in progress. Customer details are never passed onto any third parties.

1.  Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.

2.  Private Customer information will not be kept on file for more than 60 days from the time of your last order.

3.  At the time of signing up you may opt to receive an occasional newsletter to inform you of special offers, new items etc. This is not a weekly influx of spam type newsletter, in fact there will be hardly any! If you sign up for this then decide you no longer want it you can easily opt not to receive it by altering your settings on the My Account page.

Shipping Policy:

The shipping cost will depend on the weight of the order, which will be calculated at the end of your purchase. In cooperation with Pošta Slovenije, d.d., we take care of fast and reliable delivery throughout Slovenia. Processing and delivery of orders take between 1 and 3 working days once your payment is effective.

During peak seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas, delivery of orders can take 2 weeks. We will process the orders as quickly as possible.

 

International Shipping to European Countries Only

The shipping cost will depend on the weight of the order, which will be calculated at the end of your purchase. In cooperation with Pošta Slovenije, d.d., we take care of a fast and reliable delivery. The processing and delivery of orders take between 6 and 8 working days once your payment is effective. Only the value of the product(s) cost will be returned and not the shipping cost already paid.

During peak seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas, delivery of orders can take 2 weeks. We will process the orders as quickly as possible.


Return Policy: 

All products can be returned within a maximum period of 14 days from shipment receipt. First you must write an e-mail to afrolatinoslovenia@gmail.com, with the order number and explaining the reason for the return. If the cause is due to our error, we will send you the new product for free.

If the reason is that you are not satisfied and want to return your order or part of it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the new shipment too, to exchange the product(s) for other(s) of the same value.

For the changes or returns to be valid, it is essential that the products arrive in perfect condition, without having been used and in their original packaging. Returns are made only via bank transfer. In no case will refunds be made in cash.

Afro Latino Europa is not responsible for lost/stolen packages that are not insured.

Note: Our customer service hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 16:30. It can be modified according to local and/or national holidays.
